Cancellation Policy

Due to an increase in same day and next day cancellations, we have made changes to our cancellation policy. Any cancellation within 48 hours of your scheduled shoot, on the basis of anything outside inclement weather, will be subject to a $75 cancellation fee within 48 hours, $150 cancellation fee within 24 hours. We have to impose these policies to ensure that we continue to provide the same availability, service and quality that you are used to. Having appointments left open with editors in-office costs money and takes up spots later in the week that are open for other bookings. At the end of the day, we need to run a business that is effective without time so we can be the best representatives for your brand.
